Format conversion

Type any width and height in pixels, or use the 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 percent presets to scale relative to the source. Lock the aspect ratio to scale proportionally, or unlock it to enter custom dimensions.
Browser-side processing
Everything runs locally in your browser using the same image decoder built into Chrome and Safari. Your image never reaches a server, which means there is no upload wait and no privacy concern.
If you are unsure, try WebP first. It is almost always smaller than JPG without visible quality loss.
